An old Japanese Saying says, that a crisis is just an opportunity for an opportunity. And as a student at a Japanese University, the Crisis of running out of money hit me. This forced me to learn how to survive on a budget in Japan and now, I will be using this knowledge to show you how you too can survive on a budget living in Japan.

Sounds like a good guide for budget tourism. Sounds similar to korea. When you say supermarket do you mean like the local suprmarket or the higher end super market or the dept store market or do you mean the country style market. Thrse vary in price. Me id be in a protein diet but light on calories.im overweight so want to lose weight and save. What is a cheap source of vitamin c. Food youre eating is the route to an early death. High blood pressure.
Id go for cheap and healthy diet.
I want to improve my health.
Also improve my financial health.
Its eating in balance adjusting for person age and budget.
Me liked coffee and triangle kim bab. Thats kohi and those triangle rice thingies ive forgitten the name.
The main thinf is dont live on the salarymans diet. Sake ramen and cigarettes.

Hmm didn't know milk rice was in Germany. First time I heard about it was from my Finnish mate.

Anyway, my goto cheap meal is tomago rice with tuna.
